Over 60 years ago Victor Posner, a Baltimore real estate
investor, and his brother- in -law Melvin Colvin, a mechanical engineer,
started a building and development business. The idea was simple: build
new homes constructed with quality material and superior craftsmanship
at the best price.
Generations later, having built thousands of new homes for
families in the Baltimore -Washington Metro area, this idea has grown
into a strong and thriving group of businesses. The company has evolved
into a regional building company, in such markets as Maryland,
Pennsylvania and South and Central Florida. We are also a Real Estate
Brokerage Company, which we began to better serve our new home buyers and
resellers in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
The Company's main operations are managed by Victor Posner
Enterprise Construction, LLC (in Maryland & Florida) and Regents' Glen
Building and Development, LLC (in Pennsylvania). Our brokerage company
is Regents' Realty, LLC supporting both the Maryland and PA markets.
Both of our founding fathers have passed away. Victor Posner in 2002, Melvin Colvin in 2008. Under the leadership of Brenda Nestor,
a long time company executive and our President & CEO, Victor's and
